Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 25% late cancellation fee. Late Arrivals: We offer a 10-minute grace period for appointments. After this time, the appointment will be considered cancelled, and a 25% late cancellation fee will apply.
